Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this law regulates the planning, construction, investment, protection of railway infrastructure; rail transport; rights and obligations of the Organization, individuals are related to railway operations; rules, traffic signs and ensure the orderly, safe railway traffic; the railway business.
Article 2. Application object 1. This law applies to organizations and individuals in the country and abroad are related to rail operations on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
