A decision on the addition of some of the content of the guidelines, the standard of "good practice" pharmacies attached to decision No 11/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health and the principle of "good practice" medicine distribution attached to decision No 12/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ MINISTER of health pursuant to the law No. 34/Pharmacy 2005-on 14 June 2005 QH11;
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated 15 May 2003 from the Government detailing the functions, duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2006/ND-CP DATED September 8, 2006 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the law on Pharmaceuticals;
Pursuant to decision No. 108/2002/QD-TTg dated 15/08/2002 of the Prime Minister approving the "Pharmaceutical industry development strategy for the period up to 2010".
Proposal of the Director General Vietnam Pharmacy Management, decision: article 1. Some additional content of the principle, standard "good practice" pharmacies attached to decision No 11/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health as follows: 1. additional point e clause 2 section II chapter III of principles, standards of "good practice" pharmacies attached to decision No 11/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health :-the Department of health, the central city in the certification standard of "good practice pharmacy" according to the model in annex 3.
2. additional annex 3 rules of standard certificate template "good practice pharmacy".
Article 2. Some additional content of the principle of "good practice" medicine distribution attached to decision No 12/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health as follows: 1. additional item 1 of part III of the guidelines in the "principles of good practice in distribution of drugs" attached to decision No 12/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health : a) before 01/01/2008, the principles stipulated in decision No 12/2007/QD-BYT applied to supplement the scope of business, renew the certificate of eligible drug business or changing drug business locations except the provisions in items 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 16 part II principles of "good practice in distribution of drugs".
b) the term of the certificate of eligibility issued additional drug business, renew or change drug business location applies under the provisions of article 29 of Decree 79/2006/ND-CP of the Government 09/08/2006 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the law on Pharmacy and facilities must meet under the roadmap implemented the principle of "good practice in distribution of drugs".
2. additional point DD category 6 part III guidelines made by the principle of "good practice" medicine distribution attached to decision No 12/2007/QD-BYT on 24/01/2007 of the Minister of health: Department of health province of central cities, the certification standard of "good practice" medicine distribution according to the model in annex 3.
3. additional annex 3 rules of standard certificate template "good practice in distribution of drugs".
Article 3. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date The report.
Article 4. Vietnam Pharmaceutical Management Bureau Director is responsible for guiding, inspecting and monitoring the application of this decision.
Article 5. Chief, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of health, Director of the Vietnam pharmaceutical Management Bureau, heads of subdivisions, Director of the Health Department, central cities, the health sector is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
