PLANNING CIRCULARS, plan DEVELOPMENT and FOREST PROTECTION pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP on January 3, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to the law to protect and develop forests, on December 3, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2006/ND-CP, dated March 3, 2006 by the Government on the implementation of the law on the protection and development of forests;
The Ministry of agriculture and rural development planning guide, planning forest development and protection levels as follows: section 1.
GENERAL PROVISIONS I. SCOPE, SUBJECTS Of APPLICATION 1. Scope: this circular guidelines, procedures, content creation, appraisal, adjusted and approved by the planning, development and protection plan of the forest, central cities (hereinafter the province); of the district, County, city, town in the province (hereinafter the district); of communes, wards and towns (hereinafter the town).

III. PUBLICATION And FILING Of Planning, PLANNING DEVELOPMENT And FOREST PROTECTION 1. Plans, plans of forest development and protection.

IV.
