CIRCULAR tutorial about building permit pursuant to the law No. 50/2014/QH13;

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/ND-CP dated 25/6/2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP dated 18/6/2015 of the Government on the management of construction projects;

Article 14. Article 17. Article 19. Effect 1.  This circular has effect from August 15, 2016.

2.
