The DECISION to enact a temporary guide price adjustment method and construction contract due to fluctuations in the price of raw materials, fuel and building materials in the project construction investment using capital budget by the Ministry of health to manage _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ MINISTER of health pursuant to Decree 188/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 of the Government , functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP dated 13/6/2007 on the management of government investment costs of building works; Decree No. 03/2008/ND-CP on 07/01/2008 of the Government about amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP dated 13/6/2007 on the management of government investment costs of building works;
Pursuant to circular No. 09/2008/TT-BXD dated 17/4/2008 of the Ministry of construction and price adjustment guide construction contract due to fluctuations in the price of raw materials, fuel and building materials and the relevant text.
Proposal of the Director of the equipment and medical works;
Decision: article 1. Attached to this decision: "temporary instruction method in price adjustment and construction contract due to fluctuations in the price of raw materials, fuel and building materials in the project construction investment using capital budget management by the Ministry of health".
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the Post Gazette.
Article 3. He (she): Chief of the Department, Director of the Service Bureau, Inspector of the Ministry; Heads of subdivisions and agencies, relevant individual is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
