The decision on issuing the code of conduct of public servants working in the administrative offices, the business units in the Interior Ministry _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of the INTERIOR pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on corruption prevention 9 December 2005;
Base Ordinance, 26 February 1998; Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance, on 28 April 2000 and Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance on 29 April, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated 17/4/2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
Proposal of the Director of the Organization Department, DECIDES: 1. Attached to this decision the code of conduct of public servants working in the administrative, business units under the Ministry of the Interior.
Article 2. This decision has effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Chief of the Department, Director of the Organization Department, heads of agencies, units of the Department and officers, public officials, staff of the Ministry of Interior is responsible for the implementation of this decision.

GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this rule prescribed the standard treatment of officers, Interior Ministry officials in performing their duties, the public service and in social relationships.

Article 3. Purpose 1. Ensure integrity and accountability of public servants.
2. Enhance the sense of responsibility of the officials and public servants, Interior Ministry officials in corruption prevention work.
3. As a base to agencies, units of the Ministry under the authority is responsible for handling the hierarchy when public servants violate the Standards Act of duty, public service and in social relationships.
4. As a basis for the Organization and the people monitoring the observance of the law of public officers, Interior Ministry officials; at the same time contributing to the effective implementation of regulations in the agencies, units of the Ministry.
Chapter 2.
THESE OFFICERS, INTERIOR MINISTRY OFFICIALS MUST DO and NOT DO when PERFORMING the PUBLIC SERVICE task, article 4. The work to be done with respect to public servants while performing public service tasks.

Article 5. These things are not done for public servants while performing public service tasks: 1. do not violate or do left those prescribed in article 4 of this rule.
