Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2008/ND-CP dated 9 June 2008 by the Government on the amendments and supplements to some articles of Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP dated 25 December 2003 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the Decree No. 75/2008/ND-CP);
The Ministry of Finance shall guide the implementation of Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP and Decree No. 75/2008/ND-CP DATED as follows: a. GENERAL PROVISIONS this circular guides make price stabilization; powers, responsibilities of the Agency, in the unit, the evaluation methodology, reviews, pricing decisions; variant records reviews and content plan reviews; profile and consultative procedures; control the elements of price formation; subscription price; paying the freight service.
B. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS I. MADE STABILIZE COMMODITY PRICES, Service 1. 4. Liability of State management bodies in the implementation of the price stabilize price 4.1.
