Pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;

Basing the Ordinance on administrative violations processing 2 July 2002; Ordinance amending some articles of the Ordinance on handling administrative violations on 8 March 2007; Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance on handling administrative violations on 02 Apr 2008;

Considering the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope of this Decree detailing implementation of some articles of the Ordinance on handling administrative violations on 02 July 2002 Ordinance amending some articles of the Ordinance on handling administrative violations on 8 March 2007 and Ordinance amending and supplementing some articles of the Ordinance on handling administrative violations on 02 April 2008 (here called the Ordinance) about some general principles in the handling of administrative violations, fines and administrative violations, measures to handle other administrative infringement, jurisdiction, procedures and adopting a number of preventive measures and ensure the handling of administrative violations.

Article 2. Article 12. Article 14. Article 15.
