Pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;

Proposal of the Ministry of transportation (the sheet number 385/TTr-BGTVT dated 19 November 2008 on the development strategy of transport of Vietnam and vision 2020 to 2030), DECIDES: 1. Approve the adjustment of development strategy of transportation until 2020 to 2030 vision, with the following principal contents: i. DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE-transportation is an important part of the economic infrastructure, social development investment priorities required a step ahead with fast speed in order to create sustainable, for the socio-economic development, national defense, security assurance, serves the industrial-modernization of the country.
