The Health Ministry instructed the registration, initial healing and patient transit, cure health insurance are as follows: i. REGISTRATION FACILITY, healing the ORIGINAL medical insurance article 1. The base doctor, cure online and the equivalent of 1. Clinics communes, wards and towns.

Article 2. The base doctor, cure online district and the equivalent of 1. Medical Center district (consultation function, healing), District Hospital, district, town, city in the province.

5. regional clinic in the district health centre or hospital districts.

Article 3. The base doctor, cure the glands and the equivalent of 1. The hospital, central cities.

Article 5. The condition of the base doctor, cure the original medical insurance 1. Article 11. Responsibility of health ministries
