Pursuant to decision No. 30/QD-TTg on January 10, 2007 the Prime Minister's approval of the project to simplify administrative procedures on the State management sector period 2007-2010;
Pursuant to decision No. 07/QD-TTg on 04/01/2008 the Prime Minister's approval of the plan of implementation of the project to simplify administrative procedures on the State management sector period 2007-2010;
No. 3418/VPCP-TCCV on 22/5/2008 by Office of the Government about the reported comments by the Prime Minister on the implementation of project 30 and Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP;
Proposal of the Director of the Organization Department, DECIDES: 1. Perfecting the task implementation project 30 on the simplification of administrative procedures on the State management sector of the Department of the Interior the period 2007-2010 include the officers, public servants have the following names: 1. Article 2. The Mission of the task force made in accordance with decision No. 07/QD-TTg on 04/01/2008 of the Prime Minister to help implement the project to simplify administrative procedures on the State management sector of the Department of the Interior the period 2007-2010. The specific duties of the members of the task force assigned by the Chief.
Article 3. This decision is effective from the date of signing and replaces decision No 920/QD-BNV on 22/7/2008 of the Minister of the Interior on the whole event task execution project 30 on the simplification of the administrative procedures of the Ministry of the Interior the period 2007-2010.
Article 4. Chief of the Department, Director of the Organization Department, the head of the unit concerned and the public officials named in article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
