The Minister of agriculture and rural development amending, supplementing some provisions of the circular No. 37/2009/TT-BNNPTNT on June 26, 2009 by the Ministry of agriculture and rural development operational guide in the field of technical standards of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development and circular No. 38/2009/TT-BNNPTNT on June 26, 2009 by the Ministry of agriculture and development rural guide activities in the field of technical regulation of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development as follows: article 1.
