Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2009/ND-CP on May 19, 2009 by the Government about measures to ensure gender equality;
The Minister of Justice guidance on ensuring gender equality in personnel and legal assistance activities as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular guidance on ensuring gender equality in personnel and legal assistance activities.
Article 2. Application object 1. The legal assistance centre (hereinafter referred to as the Centre), a branch of the Centre (hereinafter referred to as affiliates).
