Added to the end of article 2 paragraph 1 point a circular No. 110/2010/TTLT-BQP-BLDTBXH-BTC as follows: "-From January 2011 onwards, the monthly allowance increased 13.7% adjustment, namely: + From insufficient 15 years to under 16 years, the level of subsidy equal to 925,079/month;

+ From 16 year enough to under 17 years, the level of subsidy equal to 971,332/month;

+ From enough 17 years to under 18 years, the level of subsidy equal to 1,017,586/month;

+ From 18 years to under 19 years, the level of subsidy equal to 1,063,840/month;

+ From insufficient 19 years to under 20 years, the level of subsidy equal to 1,110,094/month. "

Article 2. Effective enforcement of this circular are effective from January 31, 2011.

Article 3. Implementation 1. The Ministry of defence, in coordination with the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance directs, guides, check out the bodies, the unit, the local implementation of this circular.
