Considering the recommendation of the Minister of finance, DECIDES: 1. 2. scope of application: one-stop customs mechanism in pilot countries applied for goods exports, imports, transit and transportation for entry, exit, transit (hereinafter collectively referred to as commodities, import and export media) under the provisions of the customs law.

3. 5. time, pilot implementation of roadmap: a) From January 2011 to December 2012: construction of legal documents, procedures; prepare the conditions of information technology infrastructure and build the information technology systems of customs a national door;

2. 3.
