At the suggestion of the Director General of the Environment, the Chief of Science and Technology and the Chief of the Legal Affairs,

REGULATION:

What? 1. It is accompanied by this Information International Technical Standards on Environment: QCVN 41: 2011 /BTNMT-National Technical Standards on Hazardous Waste Disposal in cement furnace.

What? 2. It has been in effect since March 1, 2012.

What? 3. The Chief Directorate of the Environment, the Prime Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the Provinces, the Central City of the Central Committee, and the organizations, the individual involved in the responsibility of this information ./.
