What? 1. Fix a paragraph a 1 Article 12, item II as follows:

1 (01) A copy of the KP certificate provided by the authority of the exporting country's authority (this copy has the signature and stamp the confirmation of the chief medical copy of the head or the authorized recipient of the trader simultaneously with the release itself).

What? 2. Fix 1 Article 14, section III as follows:

1. For traders

The trader at the procedure recommended granting KP certificates to the export of crude diamonds that must be submitted to the Management Chamber of exporting the following papers:

a) The application for the KP Certificate certification. In a single trader pledged the export raw diamond is not a conflict diamond (the main character has the signature and stamp of the head or the authorized personnel of the trader);

b) The complete declaration of complete KP certification in the direction of Appendix VII consists of one (01) original and three (03) copies;

c) The KP certificate provided by the competent authority of the export country issued by the Department of Import Import Management;

d) the commercial invoice (the signed copy and the seal of the main medical copy of the head or the authorized recipient of the trader simultaneously has the main release for the reference);

What? 3. Add Article 15a after Article 15 as follows:

" 15a. File customs and customs documents

1.
