The Committee of the Human Rights Council and the People's Committee on November 26, 2003;

Base of Protocol 107 /2004/ND-CP April 1, 2004 of the Government stipulated the number of Vice President and Member of the Committee of the People's Committee, which was amended, supplemated by Protocol No. 27 /2009/NĐ-CP March 19, 2009 and Decree No. 36 /2011/NĐ-CP May 23, 2011 of the Government;

Review of the Provincial People's Provincial Committee at Bu 3299/TTr-UBND on 24 July 2012 and the recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs at 3027/TTr-BNV on August 23, 2012,

DECISION:

What? 1 . Ratification of the election as Commissioner of the Provincial People's Committee Bết Tre from 2011-2016 to Mr. Nguyen Quay Quan, the commander of the Provincial Military Command.

What? 2 . This decision has been valid since the date of the board.

The Minister of the Interior, Chairman of the People's Assembly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bến Tre and Mr. Nguyen Amity were responsible for the decision.
