Chief of the Department of Public Affairs, Director of the Department of Livestock, the Prime Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces, municipalities, and organizations, individuals who are involved in the responsibility of this private practice.
