About the release of the National Programme of Action.

Foreign government aid from 2013-2017

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

On the recommendation of the Chairperson of the Work Committee on foreign non-governmental organizations;

The Prime Minister decided on the issue of the National Programme to promote the aid of non-government foreign government aid from 2013-2017.

What? 1. The issue of the National Programme for the promotion of non-governmental aid to non-government foreign governments in 2013-2017 " aims to strengthen the management and efficiency of cooperation with foreign non-governmental organizations.

What? 2. President of the Union of Friendship organizations Vietnam, Chairman of the Work Committee on Foreign Non-governmental organizations responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the National Programme for promotion of non-governmental aid to non-governmental governments in addition to 2013-2013 2017.

The ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, the government chief of government, the chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee on the National Programme for the promotion of foreign government aid in 2013-2017, built. setting up and implementing a program to promote the foreign government aid of the Ministry, the industry, and the local government.

What? 3. This decision has been in effect since 1 September 2013.

The ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, the Chief of Government of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People ' s Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Head of the Agency, the relevant organization, the Chairperson and members of the Work Committee on the organizations. The foreign government, and the President of the United Nations, is responsible for this decision.
