About the Organization and Operations Charter of the Vietnam Petroleum Corporation

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

The Petroleum Law Base in 2003 and the Petroleum Law of Amendment, added in 2000, in 2008;

Corporate Law Base November 29, 2005;

Base of Protocol 95 /2012/NĐ-CP November 12, 2012 the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Base of Protocol 99 /2012/NĐ-CP November 15, 2012 of the Government on Assignment, Devolve Implementation Of Rights, Responsibilities, obligations of state owners to state enterprises and state capital invested in the business;

At the request of the Minister of Trade;

The government issued a decree on the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Oil Corporation,

What? 1. It is accompanied by this decree the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Oil Corporation.

What? 2. This decree has been in effect since December 20, 2013.

Abolition of the Organization of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Petroleum Corporation was issued with Decision 190/QĐ-TTg on 29 January 2011 by the Prime Minister and other provisions previously contrary to this decree.

What? 3. The Ministers, the chief of the government, the government of the government, the Chairman of the Provincial Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Chairman of the Council of the Council, the Director General of the Vietnam Oil Corporation is responsible for the implementation of the decree.
