About the organizational and operational terms of the Vietnam Electric Corporation.

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

The Power Law Base in 2004 and the Amendment Law, which added a number of provisions of the Power Law in 2012;

Corporate Law Base November 29, 2005;

Base of Protocol 99 /2012/NĐ-CP November 15, 2012 of the Government on Assignment, Devolve Implementation Of Rights, Responsibilities, obligations of state owners to state enterprises and state capital invested in the business;

At the request of the Minister of Trade;

The government issued a decree on the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Power Corporation,

What? 1. It is accompanied by this decree the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Power Corporation.

What? 2. This decree has been in effect since 3 February 2014.

Abolition of the Organization and Operations Charter of the Vietnam Electric Corporation was issued with Decision No. 857/QĐ-TTg on 6 June 2011 by the Prime Minister and other provisions previously contrary to this decree.

What? 3. The Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, the Chairman of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Chairman of the Council, the Director General of the Vietnam Electric Corporation is responsible for the implementation of the decree.
