What? 2. This decree has been in effect since 1 February 2014.

Abolition of the Organization of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Coal Industry Corporation issued pursuits to Decision No. 418/QĐ-TTg on 21 March 2011 by the Prime Minister and other provisions previously contrary to this decree.

The ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, the government 's head of government, the chairman of the Provincial People' s Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Council of members and General Manager of the Vietnam Coal Industry Corporation are responsible for enforcement.
