What? 1. Amendment, addition of Article 14.010 Chapter B Part 14 of the Ministry of Public Safety Regulation of the carrier and harness the carrier issued with the Digital Information Service. 01 /2011/TT-BGTVT January 27, 2011 by the Minister of Transportation as follows:

" 14.010 THE CAREER LIMIT OF FLYING BOAT RIDER

1. The operator of the flying boat when engaged in commercial carrier mining for a maximum takeoff weight of over 5700 kg is not used by the driver to fly over the age of 65 for men and over the age of 60 for females to make PIC or F/O.

2. The driver of the flying boat when engaged in commercial flight extraction to make PIC or F/O for a maximum takeoff weight of over 5700 kg is not exceeding 65 years of age for men and 60 for females.

3. The rider flies in the age of 65 years of age for men, from enough 55 to enough 60 for females while participating in the flight of commercial carrier flight with the remaining members under the age of 60 for male or 55 years of age for females.

4. When using a flying boat rider aged 60 years or older, from the age of 55 onwards to the female, the carrier operator is responsible:

a) The establishment of the Council of recruitment to evaluate the meeting of regulatory conditions at Annex 1 of the Chicago Convention;

b) The requirement for the rider to fly must ensure the health standards for the aviation worker in accordance with the rule of law:
