1. Not allowed to transfer the Internet domain name to:

a) The domain name is preferred for protection, including the domain name names of party organizations, state agencies, political-social organizations and other domains related to the interests, security of the country by the Ministry of Information and Communications;

b) The Internet domain is handling the breach, which is in the process of resolving the dispute or the name of the Internet domain being suspended.

2. The organization, the individual who receives the transfer of the rights to the Internet, has to re-register the Internet domain by regulation.

The procedure for the transfer of the rights to the Internet domain is made at the registry that is managing the Internet domain by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

3. The Internet domain is in the process of transferring the right to use not granted to organizations, individuals other than the parties who are carrying out the transfer.

4. The parties to the transfer are self-responsible if the transfer is not made due to the transfer process, the Internet domain is suspended or revoked in accordance with the management regulations and uses the Internet resources of the Ministry of Information. and the media.

3. The procedure to transfer the rights to the use of the Internet domain does not pass the auction:
