Base of Protocol 98 /2011/ND-CP October 26, 2011 amendment, the addition of some of the provisions of the Decree of Agriculture;

The Private Base. 85 /2011/TT-BNPTNT December 14, 2011, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Decision 89 /2007/QĐ-BNN January 1, 2007 the regulation of state management of the activity of the antiseptic disinfection of the plant and Decision No. 97 /2008/QĐN June 6, 2008 regulations on the certification of manufacturing, macho, packaging, packaging, drug protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the suggestion of the Bureau of Food Protection and Chief Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

DECISION:

What? 1. The company included this Decision 06 new administrative procedures and 10 revised administrative procedures, complemability, 10 additional revised administrative procedures within the management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

What? 2. The decision came into effect on 27 January 2012.

What? 3. Chief of the Bureau, the Director of the Bureau of the Protection of the plant and the relevant units are responsible for the decision.
