The transmission power system operates at an extremely urgent mode when there exists one of the following conditions:

1. The system frequency outside the frequency range allows for the event of an incident of one element in the system under the transmission of transmission power systems issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

2. The voltage at any node on the transmission grid is outside the voltage strip which allows for the event of a partial death by the Department of Commerce issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

3. The loading level of any device in the transmission grid or device that connects to the transmission grid over 110% of the standard value that this device is when the problem is caused by overcrowing can lead to partial disintegration of the electrical system.

4. When the transmission grid is in an emergency operating mode, the measures taken to bring the system back to the unstable stable operating state are led to the disintegration of each part of the system, dissecting or collapsing the system voltage.

What? 53. The handling of the Condition when the transmission power system is at an extremely emergency mode

1. frequency-control, voltage under the National Power System Regulatory Regulation Regulation to give the frequency, voltage of the scope to allow in normal operating mode.

2. Handout the line overload or electrical device

a) Control the power of power plants (the spin room, fast boot) so that the line does not exceed the transmission limit or the power device is not overloaded above 110%;
