At the suggestion of the Chief of Science-Technology and the Director of the Bureau of Vietnam,

The Ministry of Transport enacted the National Technical Standards Board on the Motor used for electric bicycles and the National Technical Regulation for the provision of use for electric bicycles.

What? 1. This is an executive order.

What? 2. It has been in effect since 1 January 2016.
