As for the import of import tariffs on imported components for production,

assembly of medical equipment products that need to be prioritiled research, fabrication

Base of Protocol 87 /2010/NĐ-CP August 13, 2010 by the Government Regulation the implementation of some of the provisions of the export Tax Law, import tax;

At the suggestion of the Minister of Finance,

The Prime Minister issued a decision on the exemption of import tariffs on imported components for manufacturing, assembly of medical equipment products that need to be priorititiated, built.

What? 1. The adjustment range

Goods are the imported components for the investment project for manufacturing, assembly of medical equipment products that need to be prioritized, making tax exemplifts imported from the time of the 05 (year) year, since the date of the project began production, assembly of medical equipment.

What? 2. The condition of applying import tax incentives

The goods are exempt from the prescribed import tax at Article 1 of this Decision when responding to the following conditions:

1. As an imported accessory for manufacturing, assembly of medical equipment needs to be prioritifully researched, the fabrication of investment projects stated at the Appendix issued under this Decision.

2. It is a domestic condition that has not yet been produced.

What? 3. Organization to execute

1. This decision has been in effect since 15 November 2014.

2. The Ministry of Finance directed this decision.

3. The Ministry of Health Command, guidelines, inspections, oversight of the implementation of the provisions of the law on the production, assembly of medical equipment and regulations at this Decision.

4. Ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, Head of the Government of the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of the provinces, municipalities of the Central Committee and the organizations, the individual involved in the execution of this decision.
