Approval of the project implementation of the information technology application plan in the operation of the social insurance industry 2012-2015.

Base Decision Base 04 /2011/QĐ-TTg January 20, 2011 by the Prime Minister on Financial Management of the Social Insurance of Vietnam;

At the suggestion of Minister of Finance at the 19033 /BTC-HCSN text on December 29, 2014,

DECISION:

What? 1. Approval of the project implementation of the Information technology Application Plan in Operations of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector 2012-2015 with a total budget of 1,263.33 billion copper (a thousand two hundred sixty-three billion, three hundred thirty-three million dollars) from the the source of regulation at Article 11 Decision No. 11 04 /2011/QĐ-TTg January 20, 2011 by the Prime Minister on Financial Management of Vietnam Social Insurance, in which:

1. Software project group and specialty database: 495.83 billion.

2. The information technology infrastructure project group (including 100 billion co-workers in the 2014 Department of Machine Management accounting was delivered at Decision 255/QĐ-TTg on 14 February 2014 by the Prime Minister on the Procurement Protocol, the 2014 genus of the Security Council. Vietnamese: 750 billion.

3. Cost of developing information technology application: 17.5 billion.

What? 2. Organization implemented

1. Vietnam Social Insurance General:

a) is responsible for directing and organizing the implementation of the activities of the activities of the Information technology application plan; management and use of the cost of ensuring the right purpose, effective and in accordance with the provisions of the law on the procurement of property procurement;

b) Perform investment in the form of procurement, project, lease of information technology services, depending on each investment content of the Plan; the case beyond the jurisdiction of reporting the Prime Minister consideration, decision;

c) Public information technology application projects on the Gateway, Electronic Information Pages of the Social Insurance of the Provinces, the Central City of the Central and on the Electronic Information Portal of the Social Insurance of Vietnam;

d) A periodic report of the Vietnam Social Insurance Management Council on the situation and results of the activities of the Plan.

2. The Vietnam Social Insurance Management Council helps the Prime Minister to direct and oversee the implementation of the Information technology Application Plan in the operation of the 2012-2015 stage Social Insurance industry that ensures the implementation of the right progress and regulations. It's the State.

What? 3. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

What? 4. The chairman of the Vietnam Social Insurance Board, the Director General of Vietnam Social Insurance and the Prime Minister of the relevant agencies are responsible for this decision.
