-The standard appraisal of Vietnam No. 05-The price appraisal process;

-Vietnamese price appraisal standard 06-Report results appraisal, price appraisal and price appraisal profile;

-Vietnam price judge 07-Property classification in price appraisal.

What? 2. Effect of execution

1. This message is effective from 20 April 2015.

2. Vietnam price appraisal criteria include: Title 04-Report results, records, and certificates that determine the value of the property issued by Decision No. 4. 24 /2005/QĐ-BTC April 18, 2005, of the Minister of Finance on the issue of 33rd standard of appraisal of Vietnam; Standards No. 05-The process for which the asset price appraisal is accompanied by Decision No. 77 /2005/QĐ-BTC 01/11/2005 by the Minister of Finance on the issuing of 3 Vietnam price appraisal standards (phase 2); Standards No. 12-Classification of the issued assets under Decision No. 129 /2008/QĐ-BTC December 31, 2008 by the Minister of Finance on the issuing of the 06 standard appraisal criteria (the third wave) expires since this date is valid.
