CIRCULAR standard code regulating occupations professional library industry officials _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law No. 54/2010 officer/QH12 on November 15, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP on July 16, 2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of culture, sports and tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2014/ND-CP dated 16 June 2014 Government's functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior, the Minister of culture, sports and tourism and the Minister of the Interior issued a circular regulating code and standard occupations officer specialized library.

4. Article 6. Library staff, class IV-code: v. 10.02.07 1. Mission:

4. d) annually, report results appointed occupations and salaries for professional staff of the library in the scope of management sent the Ministry of culture, sports and tourism, the Ministry of the Interior.
Article 12. Responsibility 1. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies; Chairman of people's Committee of the province, central cities are responsible for implementation of this circular.
2. During the implementation process if there are obstacles, the proposal reflects on the Ministry of culture, sports and tourism to General and chaired, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior reviewed, resolved.
