Postal Law Base June 17, 2010;

The Minister of Information and Communications and Minister of Finance unified the Information Processing guidelines for non-recipient postal processing.

Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

What? 1. The adjustment range

This information guides domestic and international postal processing without a recipient at the postal service providers.

What? 2. Subject applies

1. The post office was specified as no recipient if belonging to one of the following cases:
