1.3.13. In addition to these terms, this standard uses the terms defined in the US standard ASME B31.8-2007-"Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems".
2. Technical regulation:
2.1. Technical General Regulations:
The object-fired gas pipeline system and the applicable scope in Section 1.1 must ensure minimum technical requirements under regulations at the United States Standards ASME B31.8-2007.
2.2. Specific rules:
2.2.1. Process requirements
Prior to the implementation of the pipe welter, the pipeline component or related devices need to establish the full welter technology process, which specifies which standard, process, process, standards and requirements for the operator of welt work, tinker and tinker. must have enough power to meet the healing process.
18.104.22.168. Heating requirements before welt:
-The carbon of carbon is the carbon component that exceeds 0.32% or the carbon component (C + ¼ Mn) exceeding 0.65% must be heated before welt.
-For the steel components that have a carbon component of less than 0.32% but the process of solvenizing the chemical composition, the metal temperature, the ambient temperature, the material thickness, or the first shape of a welterhead shape requires a pre-thermal treatment. We have to do it.
-In the case of a variety of different weldiform materials that require a different temperature temperature, it applies to the material that has a higher temperature temperature.
-The heating can be done by any proper method but must satisfy the temperature of the heating temperature no less than the specified minimum in the welded process.
22.214.171.124. Productivity reduction requirement:
a) The cases must reduce the stress:
-Carbon welts with carbon steel components that exceed 0.32% must be reduced to stress.
-For the welts that have a steel component of carbon less than 0.32% but due to other factors that the fast-cooled welterline also requires reducing the stress.
-The contacts with carbon steel have a nominal pipe thickness of excess of 3.2 cm. In the case of weling the components with different pipe thickness and the same material must apply:
+ For the composition of greater thickness.
+ The thickness of the pipe or the pipe in the case of a brandiated link, the slide face, or the nosehole joints.
-When any raw material of the welterline requires depleation of the stress.
b) Power reduction temperature:
-The stress reduction must be performed at temperatures by or above 600 ° C for carbon steel and by or above 650 ° C for iron alloy steel.
-In the case of reducing the stress for the connection between multiple components requiring different depleation temperature, apply to higher temperature requirements.
-Require heat from the specified temperature and maintain at this temperature for a certain period of time. This time is calculated on the basis of at least an hour for every 2.5 cm of the width of the tube, but no matter how small the tube is to be less than 30 min. Then it gets cold.
126.96.36.199. Check the soles:
The examination is done with the naked eye by the person with sufficient expertise through the appropriate experience and training.
For the welded welts on the tangerine stress stress 20% less than the specified minimum yield yield:
-A certain number of contacts must be randomly selected by the operating unit from regular test work by X-ray imaging, ultrasonic testing, particle testing, or other non-destructive testing methods. However, for the soles at the gas compressuris, the traffic points, the main junction points of the highway and the junction points of the railway, must be fully checked.
-Check the connections must be checked with the naked eye on the ducts. The contacts detected had the incident to be repaired or removed from the pipeline system.
-For the soles on the tube that is subject to the tangerine stress rate by or above 20% higher than the specified minimum yield yield:
-The quality of the soles will be checked with the naked eye.
-All welts do not have to be removed or repaired.
-All trials, tests, fixes must be documented in writing and saved by the operation unit.
2.2.2. Corrosion control requirement:
188.8.131.52. External corrosion control:
a) For the pipeline buried under the ground
-Request protection coating:
+ The surface of the pipe must be cleaned from harmful materials such as: detergents, rusty layers, humidity, dirt, oil, paint. The surface of the pipe must be checked in accordance with the non-protruding rule through the coating. Any flaws or irregularation must be eliminated.
+ The mantle, the corresponding assembly connection and the patchwork must be scrutinated for selection in order to adapt to the installation conditions, humidity intake, the operating temperature of the pipelines, environmental factors (including the nature of the land exposed to the layer). I ' m going to be able to do that.), the properties that cling to and power
+ The coating must ensure effective adhediation for the pipeline.
+ The mantle must be checked with the naked eye damage before the pipe is installed. The insulation coating on the power source and the power load line must be checked on the holidays with the appropriate measure.
+ Arranging or storing pipes in the appropriate method of miniming the damage to the coating.
-Catode protection requirements:
+ There is no need for a catodes protection in the case of proof by test or trial that does not need to use this method but still ensure a safe request.
+ All devices or tubes that are installed underground or buried with a insulated coating must be made available for the method of protection at the start of the operation, except for those with limited life expectancy.
-The insulation requirements:
+ Every pipeline and device with a coating must be insulated at all connections to the external system including the fuel pipeline.
+ The steel pipe must be insulated from cast iron, cast iron, and parts made of color metal.
+ Need to conduct electrical testing for the path system to locate unintended contact with other metal devices. If there is contact, you have to be excluded.
b) For the path of the pipeline:
-Paradise pipelines must be protected from corrosion by proper coating or casing.
-The surface covered will be removed from the impurity, e.g. corrosion, moisture, iron scales, dirt, paint ...
-The chosen mantle must have properties that are consistent with the environment. This coating must ensure the complete coverage of all the exposed sections and ensure the requirements or recommendations of the manufacturer.
184.108.40.206. Anti-corrosion control inside:
If the air transport in the pipeline is not a corrodiant, it does not require an internal corrosion measure.
When designing a new pipeline system or replacement pipeline system or additional system improvements or existing system improvements, it is necessary to apply one of the following anti-corrosion measures below:
a) Use the (plating in) measure:
-The plating layer must meet the quality parameters and the thickness of the minimum dry coating must be calculated based on the type of coating and method of coating.
-Strict approval of the corrosion rules in the coupling position.
-When corrosion inert is used as an additive for the flow of gas:
+ The inert-resistant spraying department into the gas flow will be further calculated into the design.
+ The operation of this inert-resistant injection process must be in the operation plan.
+ This process of monitoring devices must ensure the constant assessment of the corrosion process.
+ Substances that inert corrosion must be the substance that does not affect any details of the pipeline system.

-A separate device or desalination device.
-Consider the use of the device to remove the impurity from the gas in the pipeline.
