FOR THE OPERATION OF AUTOMATED HYDROLOGY GAS STATIONS

Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

What? 1. The tuning range and subject apply

1. This information regulates the technical regulation on the operation of automated hydrology meteorological stations. The automated hydrometeorological station includes stations: meteorology, hydrology, rain measurements, radiation, naval and automatic air environments.

2. This information applies to the state agency, the organization and the individual using the automatic hydrology gas station.

In this Information, the terms below are understood as follows:

1. The automated hydrology meteorological station is: the equipment system installed at hydrolological meteorological stations that perform measurements, collect and transmit automatic hydrology meteorology;

Chapter II

TECHNICAL REGULATION

What? 4. Station location, measure point

1. For the automatic meteorological station and automatic radiation must be open, not hidden obstructs, representing the natural conditions of the station.

3. For the automatic hydrology station

a)

-Measured the highest level of water, lowest.

-The river's relative stability is stable.

-No impact of rapids, falls, trees or other obstacles.

b) The position of water traffic must ensure:

There is no water and no water effect.

-The cross-section of the line that measures the flow of water that measures flow in the river from the lowest water level to the greatest flood level has happened;

What? 5. Installation of devices

The installation needs to comply with the correct technical documentation for each type of device.

1. For Meteorological stations

a) The sensor measured and wind speed was installed at altitudes between 10 m and 12 m above the ground, the North ' s direction was right in the direction of the North.

b) The sensor measures temperature, air humidity installed at 1.5 m above ground level, ensuring ventilation and avoiding direct sunlight.

5. For the naval meteorological station

-For the sensor measuring contact with water: the sensor must be installed at a lower elevation than the lowest water level has appeared at a minimum of 20 cm;

-The sea level position must be given absolute strength to the nation;

-The temperature-measuring sensor, the salinity must be installed or fixed on the building at a lower altitude than the lowest water level has appeared to be at least 50 cm.

6. For the automatic air environment station

a) The sensors that measure air, dust and meteorological sensors (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, rainfall) are installed at altitudes between 1.5 m and 3 m above ground level.

b) The sensor: wind, direct radiation (SR), ultraviolet (UV) radiation is installed at 10 m above ground;

c) Head of greenhouse gas samples (CO, CO) 2 , CH 4 , steam, O. 3 and the black carbon dust is installed on the dedicated column at altitudes between 10 m and 12 m above the ground.

7. Other devices
