What? 1. Approve the broadband infrastructure development program to 2020 with the following content:

I. GENERAL GOAL

1. Build and develop modern broadband infrastructure, safety, large capacity, high speed, wide area of service coverage across the country.

2. Provide extensive broadband telecommunication services with good quality, reasonable price per market mechanism.

II. DEPLOYMENT PRINCIPLE

1. Modern Technology

Applying modern telecom technologies, energy savings, eco-friendly, in line with the overall growth trends in the world, ensuring net investment efficiency, meet the market needs, the benefits of society and the level of perfection of the world ' s economy. technology in accordance with the conditions of Vietnam.

2. Effective use of telecom resources

Using telecommunications resource efficiency, frequency spectrum resources, domain names, Internet addresses, satellite orbital resources for the deployment of modern broadband infrastructure and providing a wide variety of services on the broadband platform with quality. High, reasonable cost.

2. Ministry of Planning and Investment:

3. Ministry of Finance:
