CIRCULAR rules of order, change, citizen identification card _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law on citizen identity 20, 2014;

At the suggestion of the General Director of the Police Department;
The Minister of public security issued a circular regulating the order, change, citizen identification card.
