NATIONAL FLAG MERCHANT SHIP CREW
SPECIAL TREATMENT IS GRANTED TO COMPUTE THE SERVICES PROVIDED DURING THE LAST WORLD WAR.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Crew members of national flag merchant ships shall be entitled to compute for twice their extent the periods in which they have effectively navigated war zones during the last conflict. Global, both for the purposes of retirement and the Special Benefit of Retiro.
