PUBLIC WORKS
TO TURN OVER TO THE MONTEVIDEO DEPARTMENTAL COUNCIL, A SUM FOR STUDY, EXPROPRIATION AND THE BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ACCESS ROADS TO THE CAPITAL
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Authorize the Ministry of Finance to deliver, for one time, to the Departmental Government of Montevideo, the sum of $20:000,000.00 (twenty million pesos), for study, expropriation and commencement of construction of the roads to the capital of the Republic.
Article 2 °. The amount referred to in the previous article shall be charged to the Detactions and Recargos Fund (E) of Article 7 °, of Law No.
12,760, of 17 December 1959, of Exercises 1961-1962.
Article 3 °. Commune, etc.
