TOURISM ZONES
IS INCLUDED IN THE CITIES OF ROCHA, LASCANO, CASTLES AND VILLAS CHUY AND 18 OF JULY AND ITS SURROUNDINGS IN THE PROVISIONS OF LAW 9.138 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF HOTELS.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Declaring zones of interest to tourism the cities of Rocha, Lascano, Castles and villas Chuy and July 18, and the surrounding areas in the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sections of the Department of Rocha, and also all the resorts of this Department, which are included between Route 9 and the sea.
Article 2 °. In the areas referred to in the previous article, they shall govern the effects of the hotel industry, the provisions of law N °
9.138, of 21 November 1933, and other amending laws.
Article 3 °. Commune, etc.
