PUBLIC UTILITY IS DECLARED TO BE EXPROPRIATED FROM THE INDUSTRIAL PLANT WITH ITS MACHINERY, BUILDINGS AND ANNEXES


The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1 °.
Tribute State Minister honors to the remains of the Ing. Juan P. Fabini.
Article 2 °.
Sepelium expenses will be cost by the National Treasury.
Article 3 °.
Commune, etc.
