TOBACCO INDUSTRY


THE DEADLINES SET OUT IN ARTICLE 6 OF THE
LAW 12.930 ON COMPENSATION TO EMPLOYEES, WORKERS OF
FACTORIES AND DELIVERY WORKERS WHO HAVE BEEN TERMINATED AS
RESULT OF A CONFLICT OF WORK ARE EXTENDED.

DECREE:

Extended in two years each of the deadlines set
in article 6 ° of law N ° 12.930, dated October 16, 1961.
