COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION
ELECTORAL


IS GRANTED THE POWER TO HOLD HOLDS ON THE SALARIES OF ITS AFFILIATES.


The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1 °.
Trust the "Cooperative Electoral Association" (ACE) the ability to retain in public or private enterprises or bodies, on the basis of affiliates, up to 40% (forty per cent) of the salary, jornal or licence, in the account of the obligations which they have contracted or have incurred in such a cooperative.
In the case of passive affiliates the retention may not exceed 30% (thirty per cent).

Article 2 °.
No affiliates can operate simultaneously on the same item in two or more institutions that enjoy benefits similar to those set forth in this law.

Article 3 °.
The "Cooperative Electoral Association" (ACE) will not be able to make cash loans to its affiliates.

Article 4 °.
The Electoral Court and the Public Offices whose officials are affiliated with the "Cooperative Electoral Association", will be able to give to this, for their benefit, the waste of paper, and any material that is Consider unusable.

Article 5 °.
The "Cooperative Electoral Association" may benefit from the benefits established by law number 12.172of 28 December 1954 for the purposes of construction or purchase of your building headquarters for an amount that will not exceed $1,000,000.00 (one million pesos).

Article 6 °.
The provisions of this law shall govern as long as the "Cooperative Electoral Association" is in the enjoyment of legal status, and complies with the requirements of law N ° 10.761, dated August 15, 1946.
