RECOGNITION OF
RETIREMENT SERVICES
IT IS AVAILABLE THAT THE ACTIVE AFFILIATES OF THE RETIREMENT BOXES, AT ANY TIME, WILL BE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE ALL THE SERVICES THAT CAN BE MADE TO THE EFFECTS OF PASSIVITY.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Active affiliates of any of the Boxes may recognize at any time, all services legally computable to the effects of passivity, to accredit which they will have all the probative means of the common law. To these effects, all laws that set deadlines for the recognition of services will be repealed.
Article 2 °. This law protects, under the special conditions, the successors of the former active members.
