FRIDGE SWIFT
BENEFITS OF LAW 12,498 ARE DECLARED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE MONTHLY STAFF OF THE ESTABLISHMENT WHO CARRY OUT CONSERVATION AND SURVEILLANCE TASKS AND A PROVISION OF LAW 13,089 CONCERNING THE CHANGERS OF THE ANGLO FRIDGE.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Declared in law number
12.498, of 24 April 1958, (2) to the members of the monthly staff of the former Frigorífico Swift, who are currently carrying out conservation and surveillance in the establishment in question.
Article 2 °. The benefits that this law agrees will govern from May 13, 1961.
Article 3 °. Replace Article 2 ° of the law of September 20, 1962, by the following:
" Article 2 ° The provision laid down in the previous Article shall apply only to the changers of the Anglo-Fridge which, in the period from 1 January to 2 August 1962, have accumulated 30 jornals. These workers shall enter category D). '
Article 4 °. Commune, etc.
