A PROVISION OF LAW 10.805 IS AMENDED AS REGARDS THE COMPUTATION OF RETIREMENT SERVICES.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Modify Article 6 (C) of Law N °
10.805, dated October 11, 1946, which will be worded as follows:
" C) To persons who have fifty years of age and thirty of services or to those who at any age have 25 years of service, provided that these are exclusively from those in the guild of sellers of journals and journals. "
Article 2 °. For the purposes of the payment of the Withdrawal Benefit set out in Law N °
12.032, of 27 November 1953, it is established that the persons covered by it and by law N °
10.805, dated October 11, 1946, comprises the benefits set out in Article 28 of Law No.
12,380of 12 February 1957, provided that the ends meet indicated in the final part of paragraph C) as incorporated in Article 1 of the this law.
