ANGLO FRIDGE COOPERATIVE
IS AUTHORIZED TO HOLD WITHHOLDINGS IN THE SALARIES OF ITS AFFILIATES
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Trust Fray Bentos ' Refrigerator Staff Cooperative for the ability to retain in public or private companies or bodies, on the basis of affiliates, up to 40% (forty percent) of the salary, wage, license, compensation, aguinaldo or commissions, etc., nominal, amount that will be given to the respective Cooperative, to cover the amount of purchases of items of use or consumption made to the corresponding-Cooperative or services provided by it or by its intermediate, the retention may be up to 50% (fifty percent) when it also includes guarantee of rentals.
Article 2 °. When you are dealing with retirements or pensions served by the Retirement Boxes the retention to practice for which you correspond, may not exceed up to 30% (thirty percent) in general cases and up to 40% (forty per cent) when in addition, understand rent guarantee.
Article 3 °. The holds authorized by the preceding articles will also include subscription fees for contributions to the formation of cooperative capital.
Article 4 °. No affiliates may operate in more than one institution than they enjoy benefits similar to those established by this law.
Article 5 °. The Cooperative will not be able to order holds that directly or indirectly respond to cash loans.
Article 6 °. Each of the competent bodies may designate an official of its dependency, which shall carry out the verification of the operations of the Cooperative, in relation to the quotas corresponding to their respective management.
Article 7 °. The authorizations granted by this law shall govern as long as the beneficiary institution enjoys legal status and complies with the requirements of law N °
