SASTRE DAY
IT IS ESTABLISHED AND AVAILABLE THAT, WITH SUCH A MOTIVE, THE PERSONNEL LINKED TO THE ACTIVITY, WILL HAVE A DAY OF ASUETO AND WILL RECEIVE THE CORRESPONDING SALARY.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Declare that on the second day of the month of August of each year, the "Sastre Day" will be celebrated by the stakeholders.
For this reason, the personnel linked to the activity of tailoring, they will have the corresponding salary, as if they had been active.
Article 2 °. The violations of this law shall be sanctioned for the first time with a fine of $500.00 (five hundred pesos) and the subsequent ones with an amount equal to twice the amount of matched by the previous violation.
The proceeds from fines will be poured into the relevant Family Allowance Box.
