GENERAL CHARLES DE GAULLE
IS DECLARED A HOLIDAY ON OCTOBER 8 ON THE OCCASION OF THE ARRIVAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIC.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Declared a holiday on 8 October 1964, on the occasion of the arrival in the country of the President of the French Republic, General Charles De Gaulle.
Article 2 °. Commune, etc.
