AGRICULTURAL SURPLUS LOAN
A PROVISION OF LAW 12.509 IS AMENDED, EXTENDING THE TIME LIMITS FOR SUBSCRIBING WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THE RESPECTIVE CONVENTIONS.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Substitute Article 4 (c) of Law N °
12.509, 1 ° July 1958, as amended by Article 2 ° of Law No.
12.845, of 5 January 1961, for the following:
"c) Imports may take place until 31 December 1966, under the conditions that the Executive Branch deems appropriate for the national economy."
